Youth Workshop on Science, Technology and Innovation for Livelihood Improvement of PVTGs
The two-day Youth Workshop organized under the DST-supported Science, Technology and Innovation Hub at the Kerala Forest Research Institute (KFRI), Peechi, successfully concluded today, 7th November 2025.
The sessions were led by Dr. T. V. Sajeev, Chief Scientist, KFRI and Dr. Amruth M, Senior Scientist, KFRI. Their insightful guidance and interactive sessions inspired young participants to explore how science, technology, and innovation can transform community livelihoods.
Over the past two days, participants engaged in interactive sessions, hands-on learning activities, and discussions led by experts from KFRI and partner institutions. The workshop encouraged youth to explore the intersection of traditional knowledge and modern science for sustainable community development.
