Supply and Laying UG cable Quotation (No. KFRI/62/25-26) Dated 08-07-2025

 Sealed competitive quotations are invited from Licensed Electrical Contractors for  “Supply and Laying UG cable to Training and Seed Centre, KFRI Peechi,”  to reach the undersigned on or before 23rd. July 2025 up to 3 PM. The quotations will be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM.  If the last date of submission of quotation happens to be a holiday, the last date will be the next working day.

Terms and conditions

  1. Any Quotations received after the date and time fixed are liable to be rejected.
  2.  The rate quoted should be valid for a period of 90 days.
  3. No representation for enhancement of price once accepted will be considered during the period of validity of the offer.
  4. The rate quoted shall include GST. You have to submit an invoice showing the total value of work done, including GST, at the time of payment.
  5. The maximum period required for the completion of the work should be 30 days.
  6. KFRI reserves the right to reject any or all of the quotations without assigning any reasons thereof. In case of any dispute, the jurisdiction shall be Ernakulam District, Kerala


More details can be had from the Institute Engineer on all working days. The institute reserves the right to reject any /all quotations without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
