Teak is one of the most important tree species grown in the forest of many of the Asian countries. It is also a good agro forestry tree species of homegardens. The wood being the best in several aspects, world over it is used for various uses. The proceedings of the International Teak Symposium highlight the status of teak cultivation and research.
