Celebrating National Science Day 2026 at KFRI
Today, the KSCSTE-Kerala Forest Research Institute (KFRI) celebrated National Science Day 2026 with an insightful lecture and a tribute to the scientific spirit of our nation.
The event was officially inaugurated by KFRI Director, Dr. Kannan C. S. Warrier, who emphasized the importance of scientific temper in understanding our environment. A major highlight of the session was the release of the National Science Day 2026 Poster, featuring this yearโs powerful national theme: Women in Science: Catalysing Viksit Bharat.
Following the inauguration, Dr. T. V. Sajeev (Chief Scientist, KFRI) led a fascinating session on "The Geometry of Nature," exploring the hidden mathematical patterns that govern the natural world around us.
