And that’s a wrap on Sastra Sameeksha 2026 at KSCSTE-KFRI!
Our final day was packed with energy, curiosity, and fantastic interactions with our student participants:
🍃 Dr. Siljo Joseph revisited the fascinating world of lichens as environmental sponges.
🐝 Dr. Jithu U. Krishnan unraveled the intriguing science behind insect behavior.
🦋 Ms. Nikhila captivated the students with the hidden science of butterflies.
🐢 Ms. Devika led an engaging, special session on the Red-Eared Slider Turtle and invasive species awareness!
🏛️ The students concluded their journey with a guided walkthrough of our research laboratories and scientific museums.
A heartfelt THANK YOU to our Director, Dr. Kannan C. S. Warrier, all our brilliant scientists, resource persons, school teachers, and the entire team of the Extension & Training Division for their wonderful support in making this year's program a resounding success.
