Terms & Conditions

  1. Last date & time for receipt of quotation: 14/10/2025 up to 3.00 PM
  2. Date & time of opening of quotations: 14/10/2025 at 3.30 PM
  3. Place of submission: Registrar, Kerala Forest Research Institute, Peechi–680653.
  4. Rate: The rate quoted should be inclusive of all taxes, duties, and charges for delivery at KFRI, Peechi.
  5. Payment: Payment will be made after satisfactory supply, installation, and functioning of the equipment at site.
  6. Delivery: Within 2 days from the date of issue of purchase order.
  7. Warranty: Minimum one year from the date of supply.
  8. Buyback: The quoted rate shall indicate buyback value for the defective card separately.
  9. Validity: The quotation shall remain valid for 30 days from the date of opening.
  10. Damage/Loss: Any damage during transit or installation shall be replaced by the supplier at their own cost.
  11. The Director, KFRI, Peechi reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning any reason thereof.
