Sealed competitive quotations are invited from experienced and
authorized service agencies for the Annual Maintenance Contract (Comprehensive)
of the following equipment installed at KFRI, Peechi, Thrissur.
Specification
Annual Maintenance Contract (Comprehensive) for Ericsson BP 250 EPABX
Cabinet and its peripheral cards installed at KFRI, Peechi,
Thrissur for the period 01.04.2026 to 31.03.2027.
Terms and Conditions
- Quotations
should be sealed and superscribed as “AMC (Comprehensive) for EPABX
Cabinet at KFRI, Peechi, Thrissur” with quotation number and date, and
should be addressed to The Registrar, Kerala Forest Research Institute,
Peechi, Thrissur – 680653.
- The
quotations should reach the office on or before 21.03.2026 at 3.00 PM.
Quotations will be opened at 3.30 PM on the same day in the
presence of the vendors present.
- If
the last date of submission of quotation happens to be a holiday, the next
working day will be treated as the last date.
- The AMC
shall be comprehensive, including servicing, replacement/repair of
defective components, cards and accessories, software support, fault
rectification, and ensuring proper functioning of the EPABX system during
the contract period.
- The
firm shall attend complaints/breakdowns within 24 hours of
intimation and restore the system to normal working condition.
- Preventive
maintenance visits shall be carried out at least once in three months or
as required and a service report should be submitted to the
Engineer-in-Charge.
- The rate
quoted should be inclusive of all service charges, except GST which
should be shown separately.
- The quoted
rate shall remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening of the
quotation.
- No
representation for enhancement of price once accepted will be considered
during the period of validity of the contract.
- The
firm should have experience in maintenance of EPABX systems and
necessary technical manpower for attending complaints.
- Payment
will be made on quarterly basis after satisfactory
completion of services and certification by the concerned officer.
- KFRI
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without
assigning any reason thereof.
In case of any dispute, the jurisdiction
shall be Ernakulam District, Kerala
