Research Institute invites
sealed proposals (Technical & Financial) from reputed, experienced, and
eligible firms for web hosting, file
hosting and e-mail hosting , the
registration and renewal of main & sub domains, Design, Development, Hosting,
Maintenance, and Management of the official websites and divisional website for
a period of 1 year .
2. Scope of Work (SOW)
The selected vendor will
be responsible for:
3. Terms and Conditions
·
Maximum uptime of the website and associated
services shall be ensured.
·
Technical support, updates, troubleshooting,
security monitoring, and maintenance shall be provided.
·
Website updates shall be carried out based on
instructions from the authorized officials of the Institution.
·
Adequate security measures and periodic data
backups shall be maintained.
·
All institutional data and information shall
be treated as confidential.
·
The location
of the data centre/server hosting the website shall be clearly
specified.
·
All applicable laws and regulations
related to domain registration, hosting, and information security shall be
complied with.
·
The Institution reserves the right to terminate the agreement by giving
three months notice if the services are unsatisfactory or if
there is any violation of the terms and conditions. In such cases, the service
provider shall hand over all
website data, files, databases, backups, and domain credentials
to the Institution or to any firm authorized by the Institution.
·
Bidders should have similar
experience (2 years) in KSCSTE or R&D centres
·
Bidders shall submit the rates
for each item specified in Annexure-A.
·
The service provider shall submit valid
documents including registration details, GST number, and any other relevant
supporting documents as required.
·
Tender should be sealed, super
scribed as the ‘web hosting, file
hosting and e-mail hosting , the registration and renewal
of main & sub domains, Design, Development,
Hosting, Maintenance, and Management of the official websites and divisional
website for a period of 1 year with
Tender No and date and should be submitted to the Registrar, Kerala
Forest Research Institute, Peechi, Thrissur-680 653, on or before
08-05-2026 latest
by 3.00 PM

The service provider shall
remit the prescribed Tender
fee and EMD

Fee)-1500+18% GST
2.
Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) payable-Rs.
8,000/-
Security
Bank Guarantee
5% of the Work Order Value should be submitted
to KFRI as Bank Guarantee from any Nationalised bank/ scheduled bank, which
will be refunded after successful completion of the agreement period, subject
to satisfactory performance.
