Terms
and Conditions
1. The quotation shall
be submitted in a sealed cover superscribed “Quotation for Supply of Electrical
Materials for Soil Science Laboratory”.
2. The quoted rates
shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes, transportation, loading/unloading
and other incidental charges.
3. The firm shall
clearly mention the make/brand and specifications of the items quoted, wherever
applicable.
4. The materials
supplied shall be of good quality and conform to the required specifications.
5. KFRI reserves the
right to accept or reject any quotation, in full or in part, without assigning
any reason.
6. The quotation shall
remain valid for a minimum period of 30 days from the last date of submission.
7. The selected firm
shall supply the materials within the time stipulated by KFRI.
