Kerala Forest Research Institute invited sealed quotations from the
service
providers in the field for AMC (per call rate) for Computers, Laptops,
printers & Scanners as detailed below for a period of one year.
Desktop computers -Dell, Acer, HP, Cynix, Lenova brands - Around 150 Nos
Laptop -Dell, Acer, HP brands -Around 45 Nos
Printers-Canon, HP, Brother, Epson brands - Around 75 No
Scanner- Canon, Scansnap brands- 4 Nos
Terms and
conditions:
1. Quotations should be sealed, super scribed as the
“Quotation for AMC (per call rate) for Computers, Laptops, printers & Scanners with the quotation number and date and should reach
the Registrar, Kerala Forest Research Institute, Peechi, Thrissur-680 653, on
or before 10-03-2026 latest by 3.00 PM
2.
Quotations will be
opened at 3.30 PM on the same day.
3.
Any quotation
received after the time fixed on the due date is liable to be rejected.
4.
No representation
for enhancement of rate once accepted will be considerd during the period of
validity of the offer.
5.
The rate of GST if
any should be shown separately
6.
The
work should be carried out at KFRI,Peechi,Field Research Center Velupadam
, KFRI Sub-centre Kuzhur and KFRI Sub centre Nilambur
7. KFRI reserves the right to reject any or all of the Tenders without assigning any reasons thereof. In case of any dispute the jurisdiction shall be Ernakulam District, Kerala.
