Research Institute invited sealed quotation from reputed vendors/ firms for the
Comprehensive Maintenance Contract for Water Purifiers (KENT RO 3 Nos, UV
20Nos) for a period of one year at KFRI Peechi, Thrissur.
Terms and conditions
- Quotations
should be sealed, super scribed as the “ Comprehensive Maintenance
Contract for Water Purifiers, KFRI
Peechi, Thrissur.” with quotation No. and date and should be
submitted to the Registrar, Kerala Forest Research Institute, Peechi,
Thrissur-680 653, on or before 20-08-2026 latest
by 3.00 PM Quotations will be opened at 3.30 PM on the same day.
- Any
Quotations received after the date and time fixed is liable to be rejected.
- The
rate quoted should be valid for 90 days.
- No
representation for enhancement of price once accepted will be considered
during the period of validity of the offer.
- Quotations
are invited from the Authorized dealers KENT water purifiers only.
- Four
periodical servicing visits per year per filter should be provided during
the period of contract mentioned above, and the Water Purifier should be
thoroughly checked, cleaned serviced and adjusted and a Service Report
should be submitted for each visit
- Replacement
of all filters of purifier (Original Spare parts) should be made once a year.
- Breakdown
assistance during KFRI Office hours (9.30 AM to 5.30 PM) with attending
the complaint within 24 hrs of fault reporting.
- 50%
payment will be released after first visit and balance will be made after
submission of reports and invoice.
- Income
Tax will be deducted as per rules.
- The
rate of GST and additional charges for installation if any should be shown
separately.
- The bidder shall
pay the Tender fee of Rs.400/-+GST and EMD
Rs.1,700/-
- KFRI
reserves the right to reject any or all of the quotations without
assigning any reasons thereof. In case of any dispute the jurisdiction
shall be Ernakulam District, Kerala
