experienced firms/contractors for the supply, installation and commissioning of
3 Litre water heaters and associated plumbing and electrical works in 4 rooms
at IGH, KFRI, Peechi.

Terms
and Conditions
1. The quotation shall be submitted including all applicable taxes, transportation, loading/unloading, installation, testing and commissioning charges, wherever applicable.
2. The
materials supplied shall be of standard quality and reputed make and shall
conform to the relevant IS specifications wherever applicable.
3. The
contractor shall carry out the work strictly as per the instructions of the
Engineering Division, KFRI.
4. The
quoted rate shall include all labour, tools, tackles, scaffolding and other
incidental expenses required for satisfactory completion of the work.
5. The
existing window grills shall be dismantled carefully and refitted securely
after completion of the plumbing and electrical works.
6. The
water heaters and all associated plumbing and electrical installations shall be
properly tested before handing over.
7. The
work shall be completed within the period stipulated by KFRI.
8. KFRI
reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, in full or in part,
without assigning any reason.
