Sealed competitive quotations are invited for supply of the following Electrical items at KFRI Peechi, Thrissur. 

1.      10 HP star delta starter                                     – 1 Nos.

2.      63 A fuse unit                                                     – 3 Nos.

3.      63 A 4P ELCB                                                     -  1 No.

4.      63 A 4P MCB                                                       -  1 No.

5.      3DB 6 way- 1 No.

6.      4 sq mm copper cable 5 core                             - 10 Mtr.

Terms and conditions

1.       Quotations should be sealed, super scribed as the “supply of Electrical Items at KFRI Peechi, Thrissur.” with quotation No. and date and should be submitted to the Registrar, Kerala Forest Research Institute, Peechi, Thrissur-680 653, on or before 20-06-2025 latest by 3.00 PM Quotations will be opened at3.30 PM on the same day.

2.       If the last date of submission of quotation happens to be a holiday last date will be next working day.

3.       Any Quotations received after the date and time fixed is liable to be rejected.

4.       The rate quoted should be valid for 90 days.

5.       No representation for enhancement of price once accepted will be considered during the period of validity of the offer.

6.   The rate of GST and additional charges for installation if any should be shown separately.

7.       Warranty of the item should be mentioned in the quotation.

8.       The item should be delivered in the office of KFRI Peechi.

9.       The maximum period required for delivery of the item should be mentioned in the quotation.

10.   KFRI reserves the right to reject any or all of the quotations without assigning any reasons thereof. In case of any dispute the jurisdiction shall be Ernakulam District, Kerala
