Kerala Forest Research Institute invited sealed quotation from reputed vendors/ firms for the supply of Jute Photo Frames.

Specification:

·      Material: 350 GSM paper with laminated jute covering and inside cardboard

·      Size: 21x26 cm

 

Terms and conditions

 

  1. Quotations should be sealed, super scribed as the ‘Quotation for Jute Photo Frame” with  quotation No. and date  and should be submitted to  the Registrar, Kerala  Forest Research Institute, Peechi, Thrissur-680 653, on or before 10-07-2025 latest by 3.00 PM
  2. Quotations will be opened at 3.30 PM on the same day.
  3. Any Quotations received after the date and time fixed is liable to be rejected.
  4. The rate quoted should be valid for 90 days
  5. No representation for enhancement of price once accepted will be considered during the period of validity of the offer.
  6. The rate of GST and additional charges if any should be shown separately.
  7. The samples of items should be provided for analysing the quality ( as per the information through e-mail from KFRI  after the opening date of quotation )  . The sample item will not be returnable and the selection of quotation will be based on the quality of the item along with the price quoted in the quotation. If you fail to submit the sample you will be excluded from the quotation process.
  8. E-mail id should be mentioned in the quotation
  9. The maximum period required for delivery of the item should be mentioned in the quotation.
  10. The item should be delivered in the office of KFRI, Peechi.
  11. KFRI reserves the right to reject any or all of the Tenders without assigning any Reasons thereof. In case of any dispute the jurisdiction shall be Ernakulam District,Kerala.
