Connecting Future Leaders with Nature
Today, we had the pleasure of hosting a vibrant group of students and teachers from the Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA), Thrissur, here at the Kerala Forest Research Institute (KFRI).
Adding to the prestige of the visit, the group was accompanied by Mr. M. I. Varghese IFS (Retd.), whose presence offered the students a unique opportunity to learn from a veteran in forestry and conservation.
The highlight of the visit was an insightful technical session led by Dr. A. V. Raghu (Senior Principal Scientist, KFRI).
It is heartening to see such enthusiasm from young minds toward understanding and protecting our natural world. We hope this visit fosters a deep-rooted commitment to environmental sustainability.
