Kerala Forest Research Institute invited sealed quotation for Annual rate contract for the supply of High purity gases.

 

The details of which are given against the item listed below.

Terms and conditions

  1. Quotations should be sealed, super scribed as the ‘Quotation for Annual rate contract for the supply of High purity gases” with  quotation No. and date  and should be submitted to  the Registrar, Kerala  Forest Research Institute, Peechi, Thrissur-680 653, on or before 01-06-2023 latest by 3.00 PM
  2. Quotations will be opened at 3.30 PM on the same day.
  3. Any Quotations received after the date and time fixed is liable to be rejected.
  4. The rate quoted should be valid for a year from the date of rate contract agreement
  5. No representation for enhancement of price once accepted will be considered during the period of validity of the offer.
  6. The filled cylinders should be supplied with in two weeks from the date of collection of empty cylinders from KFRI
  7. Rates to be quoted for refilling of 10 lit & 47 lit water capacity cylinders separately.
  8. Rates should be for supply of filled cylinder at KFRI–including collection of empty gas cylinders, refilling and supply of filled cylinders at KFRI.
  9. The rate of GST and additional charges if any should be shown separately.
  10. Concessional rate of GST is applicable to this Institute, since we have DSIR  Certificate valid up to 31-08-2024.
  11. The item should be delivered in the office of KFRI ,Peechi
  12. The maximum period required for delivery of the item should be mentioned in the quotation.
  13. Certificate of purity analysis has to be given with each cylinder during refilling mentioning the cylinder number in the certificate

14.  KFRI reserves the right to reject any or all of the Tenders without assigning any reasons thereof. In case of any dispute the jurisdiction shall be Ernakulam District, Kerala.
