Kerala Forest Research Institute invited sealed quotation from reputed vendors/ firms for the printing of Hand book (Malayalam edition) entitled : കിഴങ്ങു വര്‍ഗ്ഗ ഔഷധ സസ്യങ്ങള്‍ : ശാസ്ത്രീയ കൃഷിരീതിയും ഉപയോഗവും” -50 Nos.

· Size                        :  Crown  ¼th (24 x 18 cm)

· Cover Paper         :  220 gsm art card with matt lamination

· Indise paper         :  130 gsm art paper

· Printing                 :  Multicolour

· Binding                 :  Saddle Stitch(centre staple)

· Pages                      : 45 (approx.)

· Quantity                : 50 nos

 

Terms and conditions

1.    Quotations should be sealed, super scribed as the ‘Quotation for Printing Hand Book(Malayalam edition)’ with quotation No. and date and should be submitted to the Registrar, Kerala Forest Research Institute, Peechi, Thrissur-680 653, on or before 22-07-2025  latest   by 3.00 PM.

2.    Quotations will be opened at 3.30 PM on the same day.

3.    Any Quotations received after the date and time fixed is liable to be rejected.

4.    The price quoted should be valid for a period of 90 days.

5.    No representation for enhancement of price once accepted will be considered during the period of validity of the offer.

6.    The rate of GST and additional charges if any should be shown separately.

7.    The printed material to be supplied at KFRI within 14 days from the confirmed order and receipt of contents.

8.    The maximum period required for delivery of the item and the payment conditions should be mentioned in the quotation.

9.    KFRI reserves the right to reject any or all of the Tenders without assigning any reasons thereof. In case of any dispute the jurisdiction shall be Ernakulam District, Kerala
